Company Founded & Registered
SR Engineering Services (Private) Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 by Engr. Saad Raja, Engr. Raja Israr Kiyani, and Engr. Usayram Sultan. SECP CUIN: 0211186. FBR and PEC registrations completed in the same year.
First Government Contracts Secured
Awarded renovation contracts for NADRA HQ Islamabad and NADRA Bharakahu — first major government projects establishing credibility in the public sector. Also commenced construction of Academic Blocks A & B at Air University Kharian Campus.
DHA Islamabad Partnerships
Commenced major infrastructure works with Defence Housing Authority Islamabad including sewerage, drainage, and civil works across DHA Phase 3 and Phase 5, Islamabad.
Major Infrastructure Milestone
Completed construction of Main Drain (28'×12'), DHA Phase III — contract value Rs. 80.2 Million. Also completed Sports Complex and Landscaping at Air University Kharian Campus.
PEC Licence Upgraded & Ongoing Expansion
PEC Licence No. 29689 (Category C5/E) renewed with validity to June 2025, authorizing works up to Rs. 65 Million. Multiple ongoing projects including water supply, drainage, and filtration plant works across DHA Islamabad.
